Since joining Cicero in 2018, she has grown alongside the company, playing an integral role in strengthening the systems and infrastructure that support its expanding portfolio.

In her role, Iliana oversees key functions across human resources and finance operations, helping ensure consistency, accountability, and efficiency throughout.
