Francesca Balaki is an Executive Assistant with a strong background in hospitality, operations, and creative project management. She supports Cicero’s leadership across a range of initiatives—from lobby design and event planning to marketing coordination and administrative support.

With experience as a former business owner and personal assistant, she brings adaptability, discretion, and problem-solving to every task. As a mom of two, including a child with autism, Francesca leads with empathy, patience, and purpose.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Arizona State University, with minors in History and Behavioral Analysis, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree there toward BCBA certification.
